Our meats, directly imported from all over Japan, allow customers to embark on a culinary journey across the country with a range of meat choices, including Miyazaki Wagyu and Kagoshima Pork.
Zenpachi serves a unique Japanese-style paper hot pot in Hong Kong, utilizing a steel sheet and an induction cooker to transfer heat, eliminating the need for the traditional bamboo basket made of Japanese washi paper. Our signature hot pot and sauce are authentic and thoughtfully selected, maintaining the simple Japanese flavour. When cooked with kombu consommé, you can savour the meaty and juicy Miyazaki Wagyu beef.
We intentionally adhere to the traditional Japanese sukiyaki method. First, we add seasonal wild vegetables, tofu, and other natural ingredients with a small amount of sauce to release their flavours. Then, we pour sukiyaki sauce and simmer it over a slow fire, slightly blanching specially selected Miyazaki Wagyu beef. Before enjoying, the beef is dipped in Japanese raw eggs, adding a unique aroma and tender taste.
